Business logic: An existing Salesforce Account does not block Lead creation — a new contract award is a fresh sales trigger. An existing Salesforce Lead is updated with the latest Aurora Signals contract information (6 fields only — existing data untouched). Live Sync (5 max) fires exactly one API call and processes at most 5 prospects — the server enforces this cap independently of the UI. Sync All Remaining orchestrates successive batches of 5 from the browser, stopping immediately if any batch errors. Suppliers with sf_lead_id populated are excluded automatically. Company Registration Number is used as the primary identity to prevent name-variant duplicates.
