What this test does

3 · OAI Website Discovery — two-pass OpenAI search on all eligible qualified companies, unchanged prompts/thresholds
4 · Dir 1 Submit — 1 director per verified company, dedup by CH director ID
5 · Collect Dir 1 — polls for work emails, up to 10 minutes
6 · Dir 2/3 Waterfall — Dir2 then Dir3 for companies still without email, stops on first success, name-dedup
7 · Collect Waterfall — collects Dir2+Dir3 results, emails written to database
